For me it is important for you all to know that whilst my art is digitally created, the artist (myself) is very firmly in control of all creativity and therefor all global rights to the works belong to me the fine artist creator. For those using third party Ai providers it would be well for you to look very closely at the small print as you may well be in loss of all your rights to the artworks. Please view ... "Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990" in the USA. Its different in other countries but essentially the same principles apply. At this moment in time the law with Ai is not defined on this issue and new legal battles are yet to come. Most Ai generated artwork would likely be considered public domain and in the case of third party subscribed, such as Midjourney amongst many others, the rights to artwork created using their algorithms may well belong to them to use as they wish. But of course do your own research and don`t take my word for it.

Initially I found work with the "Garden Studio" in Covent Garden London providing hand painted book illustrations and covers for many famous authors including the late scottish best seller Ian Banks. In addition I continued developing my art with individual hand painted works to private collectors.
