Description
Hestia is the Greek goddess of the hearth, the home, and the family. She is one of the twelve Olympians, the firstborn child of Cronus and Rhea, and the sister of Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, and Hades. She chose to remain a virgin and never married, dedicating herself to tending the sacred fire of Olympus. She was honored in every household and city as the protector of the hearth and the guardian of civic order
