The Keeper of the Flame is the mythical figure that keeps the spirit of life alive. She is hidden in the secret places of the universe and protected as much as is possible from the malign forces at work in space and time. She is of course not really a figure or any kind of corporeal being, this is but a symbol we can understand. Let us hope she endures forever.
